Simply right click the folder you want to zip and go to “Send To.” Then choose “Compressed (zipped) Folder”. You can also do the opposite and ZIP up a folder if you want to make special downloads for others.
Don't worry about getting WinZip if you have Windows XP (also works in Windows 98) all you have to do is right-click on the zipped file and choose "Extract All." and follow the wizard that comes up.
